OpTech/Server

OpTech/Server is the core UNIX/Linux programs, commands, and control panels that support OpTech production operations; its core subsystems include:

• OpTech/Interview, for questionnaire processing
• OpTech/Crosstab, for crosstabs, reporting, and other output
• OpTech/Manage, for managing distributed research jobs

OpTech provides Windows- and browser-based client software that lets analysts, technicians, managers, and end-users interact with OpTech/Server

Connections can be established from OpTech/Server to interview stations, dialers, and remote locations, via choices including local area networks, VPN's, dedicated point-to-point circuits, and direct or dial-up access to the Internet
